Shipping limits:	We will gladly ship anywhere in the world. Unless otherwise specified units are shipped freight collect. We are happy to pass on our discount to our customers, however many times you might get a greater discount of you set up arrangements with your own carrier..especially on overseas orders.
Customer guarantee:	All of our equipment is is covered by a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal "wear and tear" is not considered a defect. This warranty is good for one year. All freight costs for repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All units must be returned clean, dry and properly packaged. If not, costs for cleaning will be charged to the purchaser. All warranty work must be done by the manufacturer unless a written waiver is obtained. Failure to do this could result in a void of the warranty claim.
Return policy:	All items carry a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Damages are not covered for standard "wear & tear". Claim must be stated in writing and not returned without an approval number. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. All units must be returned in clean and dry condition, properly packaged. If it is determined that the goods are not in fit condition as to cleanliness, the purchaser will bear all cost of putting such goods in fit condition by providing for the cost of labor.
