Vendor Marketing and Sponsoring Pricing

Effective March 1, 2008 I will no longer be handling direct sales.  Although I've enjoyed it over the years, my love seems to have drifted more towards marketing and consulting.  Sales of my E-books have been extremely popular and I believe my credibility with customers will go futher if I'm not trying to sell them products.

So, I'm changing my site from a sales site with a catalog to a "Build Your Rental Business" Guide and I'll be offering sponsorship/advertising opportunities on the site.  There are a number of different ways you can do this.

Vendor Directory link to your site (includes your company name, phone #, website & contact person)  $5.00 per month

Page sponsor:  Either banner or text link, pick the page of your choice  $35.00 per month (home page) $25.00 per month (other pages)

Site sponsor:  This banner/text link will go on every single page on the right hand column  $50.00 per month

Recommended Vendor:  This page will be vendors that come with my personal recommendation.  It will include a bit about your company, history, types of products, etc.  with a picture and link to your site.  There will also be a space for 3 testimonials from your customers.  Placement on this page will require a past history with partyzone or three customer recommendations (if we haven't done business before)  

Recommended Vendors will ALSO Receive:  Emails or Newsletters sent to my 6000 person direct email list 4 x per year at no additional charge.

Other services Available:

Newsletter Service:  I'll send YOUR newsletter or "specials" offer out to my list of 6000 sign ups.  $100.00

Setting up Optin form/Autoresponder with 10 emails   $200.00   (these 10 letters will go out automatically to anyone requesting your info)

Setting up a Monitized Blog    $100.00

Search Term Phrase Marketing through articles, craigs list, us free ads   $50.00 and up 

100 Backlinks to your website  $50.00

Writing a Newsletter that you send to your Customers (you tell us the topics)   $100.00

Add audio to your site    3 paragraph intro $50.00  Monthly Hosting for the Audio $5.95/month

The "Whole Shebang"  Write a newsletter to your clients monthly (from you with the return to your email address),  update your blog, Monitor your site statistics & backlinks , manage your email lists

Consulting/Marketing Assistant Other projects can be handled as well and can be quoted upon request.
